Classroom Reservation Form

Registrar Parking Allocation
The Office of the University Registrar has in its possession a certain number of parking permits. Information and procedures on obtaining one of these permits can be found here.
Registrar Policy Memoranda (RPMs)
These are the official records procedures of the University. Registrar Policy Memorandums are a codification of campus policies/procedures concerning student records to ensure that actions taken by University officials and departments are proper and consistent.
Report for Assignment of Temporary Grade of AB or IN to Undergrads
This completed form should be forwarded with the Official Class Rolls and Grade Report to the Office of the University Registrar, Suite 3100, SASB North. The University Registrar will forward all forms to the students' schools after the grading period. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.
Transcript Explanation
